Urad dal is a strong flavour dal which is split into two. The resultant Split White Urad Dal is creamy white dal that can be prepared easily and accompanied with chapati and rice. South Indian recipes require this dal for making dishes, like vada, idli and dosa. This dal can be boiled in a few minutes and can further be cooked as per the preference.
